Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.

GENERAL

I reserve all rights to deny any commission, for any reason.
Please read information concerning this at the end of my TOS.

PAYMENT

All payments must be paid in USD and clients using other currencies may be subject to additional
fees.
I accept Paypal, Venmo, Cashapp ONLY.

Payment is expected upfront or within 24 hours, after this period a reminder will be sent
and if you do not respond within 24 hours the slot will go to the next person.

Payment plans can be negotiated for pieces that exceed $150.
Holds may be negotiated with a 15% upfront fee.

You may NOT chargeback for any means.
Chargebacks will result in immediate blacklisting.

REFUNDS

I do not give out refunds unless its a mutual agreement and stated otherwise.
If I have started on your commission there will be no option for a refund requested by the client whatsoever.
I reserve all rights to cancel your commission at any time for whatever reason, in which case the client will be
refunded fully.

If a refund is given, any prior work on the commission could be used for other purposes and no
longer belongs to the original client.
If you had a set deadline, and you did not state it when discussing your commission,
you will not receive a refund.

PROGRESS & EDITS

I am not fond of deadlines and usually prefer to take my time on my work.
IF you need your piece done by a specific deadline please inform me of the date beforehand.
( Average turn around for full pieces is 4-6 weeks )
Deadlines may result in
additional fees.

Work in progress pictures will always be sent for approval during the sketching, designing, and coloring phases.
This is where you must share if you want anything changed before progress will continue.
I will NOT accept large edits without additional payment.

All work is done on a queue, organized into an order of oldest to most recent projects.

COPYRIGHT
&
POSTING RIGHTS

I reserve rights to my all of my artwork, not the client.
Therefore i'm allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to; promote my artwork within website or place.
(advertisements, examples, publicity)

The client reserve the rights to use any picture I draw for them or of them, whether it was a gift/commission or has your character in it to claim the right of their character(s) but not the artwork itself. Print the artwork for personal use and promote yourself with proper credit given to the artist.

If you claim as your own alter/trace/draw on/repost/copy/obscure/resell - any of my art without my consent, you are automatically blacklisted. This means, if you get a sketch YOU MAY NOT color it/finish it yourself or
have another artist finish it for you
without my consent.
If you purchase a sketch, and later decide you want it colored or finalized, please contact me!

You may not remove/erase/alter/edit/obscure my watermark in any capacity.

I have a private blacklist of individuals who I will not work with.
Customers who violated my TOS, filed chargebacks, or were extremely rude.
Users in this list will be blocked on all socials.
If a blacklisted user tries to commission me again by using an alternate account,
commissioning through someone else, etc.
The commission will be cancelled and no refund will be given.

I DO NOT take commissions from anyone who participates in or supports:
sadism, racism, sexism, homophobia, other harmful topics.**
OR
zoophilia, pedophilia, or anything related like NSFW feral/cub art.
If I find out you participate in ANY of these you will be blacklisted.
